BFF Broker Accelerator Refund Policy

By enrolling in any program, purchasing any service, or submitting payment through this website or affiliated checkout portals, you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “User”) agree to the following Refund Policy:

    Due to the nature of the products and services offered — including but not limited to digital content, access to proprietary systems, confidential information, training materials, coaching, templates, scripts, automations, community access, and intellectual property —

    all fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, enrollment fees, platform fees, and any installment payments or subscriptions.

  2. Fees Are Deemed Earned Upon Receipt

All payments are considered fully earned upon receipt, regardless of usage, participation, or completion of any program, service, or deliverable. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to a business platform and digital assets that are immediately accessible.

    While our programs are designed to provide the tools, resources, and support necessary for success, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding results, revenue, or performance. Your success depends on your own effort, consistency, and adherence to the systems provided.

  1. No Reliance

    In entering into this purchase and agreement, you acknowledge that you are not relying on any prior statements, representations, assurances, promises, or advertisements made by BFF or any of its representatives, whether written or oral. All decisions to enroll or submit payment are made independently and voluntarily based on the written terms herein.

  1. Chargebacks Prohibited

    You waive any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will be considered a material breach of agreement and may result in legal action, reporting to credit agencies, or assignment to collections.
